EazeeSign Terms and Conditions

Welcome to EazeeSign. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EazeeSign website, applications, and electronic signature services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using EazeeSign, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

You acknowledge that EazeeSign acts as a technology provider only and does not provide legal advice or guarantee the legal sufficiency of any document.

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity under applicable law to use the Service. By using EazeeSign, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration and Security

Electronic signatures created using EazeeSign may have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures
It is your responsibility to determine whether electronic signatures are appropriate for your specific use case

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, trademarks, logos, and technology used in the Service are owned by or licensed to EazeeSign.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service solely for its intended purpose.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.

9. Subscription, Payment, and Billing

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. EazeeSign makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EazeeSign shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business.
EazeeSign’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to EazeeSign in the preceding 12 months.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EazeeSign and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
